Big news! We’re excited to announce that the Cattaraugus Transfer Station is officially open! The Seneca Nation Environmental Department celebrated with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony on June 23rd. Executive leaders and staff joined together to celebrate this new chapter. The Transfer Station is a centralized location where community members can safely drop off non-household waste & large items for proper disposal and recycling.
Please note: Regular operating hours are Monday – Thursday from 7:30am to 5:30pm and on the third Saturday of every month from 8am to 12pm. Large items are only accepted at this time.
