The Seneca Nation Advocate Program will be submitting an application for the Fiscal Year 2026 funding for the Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP).

Interested persons may review the draft model plan for discussion/comments to be considered for the finalization of the model plan between August 24-28, 2026 at the Cattaraugus and Allegany Advocate Offices.
