The Tonawanda Seneca Nation has said a forceful NO! To the proposed data center near their Reservation Territory in Western NY. The STAMP mega-industrial site would pollute their water, land, air, and soundscape. Causing irreversible harm to the Nation’s homelands and way of life.
The Tonawanda Seneca Nation and Sierra Club Niagara Group need help. Researching, writing, filing, and pursuing a lawsuit against the data center is expensive. Opponents have already hired their own “experts” as well as a lawyer to tie all “expert” testimony and reports together. The Genesee County Economic Development Center paid them with seemingly limitless funding from the data center developer’s owner, the disgraced private equity firm Apollo Global Management. Our allies don’t have that kind of funding.
We must raise $75,000 to sustain this fight. Good news: we’ve already raised over $50K from individuals, organizations, and foundations.
