We excited to announce that our team continues to grow! Please join us in welcoming Aidan Rozler (pictured left), our new community planner.
Aidan recently relocated from Seattle, Washington, and brings a diverse background in budgeting, planning, and operations. His experience includes serving as a budget analyst for renewable energy conservation programs with Seattle City Light, supporting K-12 education financing, and working as an operations analyst in the non-profit sector. He has also contributed to healthcare research focused on understanding relationships and regulatory environments within long-term care facilities.
We are thrilled to have Aidan join our team and look forward to the knowledge, experience, and fresh perspectives he brings to our community.
Nya:wëh sgë:nö’.’! My name is Sarah Williams (pictured right), I am the daughter of John and Ramona Williams, and I am from the Cattaraugus Territory. I am excited to introduce myself as the new Community Engagement Coordinator in the Planning Department.
For the past four years, I lived in Oklahoma where I worked for the Comanche Nation in their Environmental Programs as the Outreach Coordinator. During that time I had the opportunity to work on a variety of different projects, connect with community members, and help bring resources and educational opportunities to people. While I gained valuable experience there, I am excited to bring the skills I learned back home and use them to serve my own community.
As I step into this new role, my goal is to create opportunities that bring people together, strengthen community connections, and provide resources that make a positive difference in people’s lives. I want to help develop programs that focus on the needs and interests of our community while building partnerships that can expand the services and opportunities available to our people.
One of my first projects has been helping with the Rez Pet Program an exciting opportunity to serve not only the people within the community but also their fur babies. While I am new to the program, I have already seen the dedication, partnerships, and hard work that have gone into building it and I am so excited to see it grow even further.
I am grateful for the opportunity to serve my community and look forward to meeting and working with many of you in the months ahead!
