Last week, the Seneca Nation and the City of Salamanca came together for a Recreation Economy for Rural Communities workshop facilitated by EPA. They developed a community revitalization action plan to expand outdoor recreation economy opportunities at places like the Highbanks campground, protect natural assets, and to enliven their downtown through joint beautification and branding efforts.
