Jill Serio 1 of 3 Seneca Women in International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 17

Jill Serio is only 1 of 3 enrolled Seneca females in the International Union of Operating Engineers, Local 17. Which totals roughly 1,800 members and counting. Jill is from the Cattaraugus Territory, and is a member of the Hawk clan. She currently is helping build the new cheese factory in Franklinville, NY. Over half a billion-dollar project. Where she is setting huge pieces of steel, commercial air conditioning units, and teaching an apprentice all at the same time. We are all so proud of your tremendous growth and encourage you to keep going!
