Seneca Nation Library – Allegany Branch

November went by so quickly! We were so happy to honor our local veterans this month. We will be planning other events in 2024 to honor them as well. Justin Schapp was here as our featured speaker, and we would like to have him speak again next year.

Our Book club meets on November 29th and will be discussing, “Two Old Women” by Velma Wallis. If you are interested in joining our book club stop in that night or call Glenda at 716-945-3157 ext. 3405.

On November 30th for coffee hour, we will host Molina Health Care’s facilitated enroller, Jessica Ellis. She will cover much needed information on affordable health care options.

December is almost here, and we have our “Crafts for Gifts” coming up on December 9th at 10 am. Last year we made some really great gifts to give! We have some great gift ideas this year too! Children must be accompanied by an adult.

Did you know the Seneca Nation Library – Allegany is an official drop off for letters to Santa? We even have letters for you to fill out and send. Our Santa mailbox will be set up soon, sent by you know who. HO HO HO!

We will have movie nights and game nights in December, watch for our activity calendar.

Please join us for coffee hour every Thursday from 10 am – 11 am.

We are open Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 8am to 7pm; Thursday and Friday from 8 am – 5 pm; Saturday 9am to 1pm.

We look forward to seeing you at the library, stop in for coffee, read the newspaper, or join our book club.

We are so much more than a library!
