Happy Holidays to you and yours. It’s a time for gathering with family and friends and a time for giving. I hope your homes are filled with peace and happiness.
Our Health center is progressing nicely. Much of the roof work is completed and the interior room dividers and electrical is currently underway. All construction is on target for an August 2024 completion.
The first of seven Bush Road homes will be completed at the end of December. As previously mentioned, these homes are 3-to-5-bedroom homes and the application will be released soon. Contact the Seneca Nation Mortgage program for more information regarding the application process. Reminder the Council recently passed the new reduced mortgage rates for new and current mortgage holders. Updated information is needed to qualify for the new rate.

Donielle Lovell was recently appointed by Council to oversee the Community Planning and Development Department. She comes with a wealth of knowledge in economic development and planning. We’d like to welcome and send her well wishes as she starts in her new position.
As a reminder, COVID counts are still increasing in and around our communities. Be mindful as you attend holiday parties for those who are at risk of more severe symptoms. Continue to wear masks after quarantine and wash hands regularly. Testing kits, gloves, and masks are available at the Administration buildings and the CCC and ACC if needed.
As always stay strong, and stay safe,
