That’s why we’re pleased to announce, on behalf of the Seneca Nation Council and the Executive Offices, the availability and launch of the Seneca Nation’s Mortgage Program applications for the Bush Road 2023 Housing Development Program. At the December 9, 2023, regular session of Council, a Down Payment Assistance Grant in the form of a contribution to the Homeowner’s equity at origination, in the amount of 20%, has been approved for eligible qualified applicants.

Homes have been completed and range in size from 3 to 5 bedrooms, varying in price range from $360,000 to $423,000.
