In an effort to establish and build a large-scale Native art market in the Northeast, and to spotlight the Seneca Nation of Indians, the Onöhsagwë: de’ Cultural Center in partnership with Visit Seneca Nation are happy to announce the 2024 Ohi:yo’ Art Market. The event will take place at the Seneca Allegany Resort and Casino on May 11, 2024 from 10am-4pm. Artist applications are now live for our new juried art market which is open to all Native artists.

Artists can apply in the following categories:

  • Paintings, Drawings, Photography, and Prints
  • Sculpture
  • Pottery
  • Basketry
  • Weavings and Textiles
  • Cultural Items
  • Jewelry
  • Beadwork/Quillwork
  • Innovative Arts

Only accepted artists participating as vendors in the market will be eligible to participate in the art competition on May 10, 2024.

Application deadline is March 22, 2024 at 11:59 pm EST

Notifications of acceptance will be sent to artists on April 1, 2024.
