NCAI’s Civic Learning week was held March 11-15, 2024 and was a celebration of civic education’s crucial role in strengthening our democracy!

It’s vital to understand the history of Tribal Nations to navigate today’s landscape. Thank you to the tribal leaders, policymakers, and educators dedicated to nurturing civic engagement among the future leaders of #IndianCountry. Civic engagement is a skill that must be taught to the next generation of Native leaders.

Shout-out to Yanenowi Logan (Seneca, Deer clan), NCAI Youth Commission President who participated in the Civic Learning Week National Forum and other events.
