To learn more, the SN Disability Program will be holding outreach events with Intandem’s Family Peer Support Supervisor Elida Green in Allegany and Cattaraugus on the following dates:

Allegany
• June 7, 2024 and July 12, 2024
• 11:00am to 2:00pm
• 83 Wildwood Ave. Salamanca, NY 14779

Cattaraugus
• June 11, 2024 and July 16, 2024
• 11:00am-2:00pm
• 210 Thomas Indian School Dr. Irving, NY 14081

Intandem is a person-centered organization that provides a wide array of home and community-based supportive services to those living with a disability. Such support involves residential and respite care, day programs, vocational assistance, behavioral health services and more, provided across various counties. Offered to individuals of all ages who are eligible with the Office of People With Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD).
