Supportive Services (Per calendar year only)*
• Limited emergency minor home repairs (With valid deed or bill of sale required), mobility equipment to promote independence, transportation to SSI appointments and some medical appointments if needed (Case by case basis AND all transports require prior 1 week notice)
Social Security (SSI) Representative
• Phone appointments only
• Allegany Territory every 2nd Wednesday of the month
• Cattaraugus Territory every 3rd Wednesday of the month

• Claims assistance, benefit advisement, disability advocacy, retirement

Informational Sessions
• Luncheon and Informational Sessions from SN departments as well as outside agencies. Sessions will be announced in SN Newsletter
Loaner Closet
• If needed for temporary use, equipment can be loaned out for those as needed (Motorized wheel chairs, walkers, canes, bath equipment, etc.)
