Clay Scanlan Signs to a One-Year Contract with the Buffalo Bandits

The Buffalo Bandits today announced the team has signed forward Clay Scanlan to a one-year contract, pending league approval.

Scanlan (5’10”, 185 lbs., 9/22/2001) ranked third among all Langley Thunder (WLA) players in goals (23) and fourth in points (47) in 17 games played during the 2024 season. He also finished tied for eighth among all WLA players in both goals (10) and points (25) in eight playoff games for the Thunder in 2024. A native of Ozarks on the Cattaraugus Territory, Scanlan was selected by Halifax in the second round (30th overall) of the 2019 NLL Entry Draft.

Clay is Onöndowa’ga, Hotáyöni:h, the son of Jodi & Charlie Scanlan.
