Executive Orders from the President’s Office of J. Conrad Seneca’s term

Below are a list of Non-members and Members that are Excluded or Banished from all Seneca Nation Territories in chronological order on Order date:
  1. Justin Bond, (See official order HERE) A non-member of the Seneca Nation, is hereby Excluded from all Seneca Nation Territories effective immediately for a period of One Year. Signed into effect on December 30, 2024.
  2. Cedric Cobb (DOB: 01/19/1986), (See official order HERE) A non-member of the Seneca Nation of Indians, is hereby Excluded from all Seneca Nation Territories effective immediately. Signed into effect on December 30, 2024.
  3. Edward M. Kindt, (See official order HERE) Seneca Nation Member, is Excluded and Banished from all Seneca Nation Territories for a period of one year upon automatic renewal until such a time as the President or Council determine that he no longer poses a threat to the health and safety of the Seneca Nation and its community members. Signed into effect on December 30, 2024.
  4. John Oyler, (See official order HERE) A non-member of the Seneca Nation, is hereby Excluded from all Seneca Nation Territories effective immediately, for a period of One Year. Signed into effect January 7, 2025.
  5. Ariel Eyoto, (See official order HERE) A non-member of the Seneca Nation, is hereby excluded from all Seneca Nation Territories, effective immediately. Signed into effect January 8, 2025.
  6. Bradley Gabel, (See official order HERE) A non-member of the Seneca Nation, is hereby Excluded from all Nation Territories, effective immediately. Signed into effect on February 7, 2025. Mr. Gabel’s eligibility will be reassessed by the Nation upon expiration of this Exclusion and Banishment from the territories.
