The Seneca Nation’s Department of Transportation aims to continually improve safety by identifying issues and implementing strategies developed through a Safety Management Plan. The Nation has identified the need to update the 2019 Seneca Nation Transportation Safety Plan. The Safety Plan is a mechanism that is utilized to help secure funding to improve existing roads and save lives.
The Seneca Nation (Nation) is seeking proposals from a qualified individual and/or firm to update the previously approved Seneca Nation Transportation Safety Plan (SNTSP). The plan should meet or exceed U.S. DOT Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) standards. Proposals may be sent via email or hard copy to the following contact:
