Nobody likes a liar. Yet, we are all guilty of it. Some of us more than others. What does God’s Word say about it?
A false witness will not go unpunished, and he who speaks lies will not escape. Proverbs 19:5
The Ten Commandments are given by God Himself. The ninth commandment tells us not to lie. So, what do we do? Unless we repent (confess and turn away) from that wrongdoing (sin), the Bible explains that we have a fearful fate. (See Revelation 21:8) Little white lies and exaggerations are also considered untruths. May we not be guilty of it any longer. Let us strive for honesty and keep ourselves clean before the Lord!

The annual Kingdom Bound Christian music festival held at Six Flags Darien Lake will be July 28th-30th! We will be taking teens to help set up on Saturday, July 26th. On Wednesday, July 30th they will enjoy incredible speakers like Reggie Dabbs and the festival will close with the amazing band, Skillet!
