September 6, 2025 – Haudenosaunee Runners came out to honor the Messengers of our past and participated in the Run Like A Native Messenger Relay. This relay covered 45 miles and included 30 runners with 15 separate relay exchanges. The message of community and culture was carried from the Cattaraugus Territory to the Buffalo Creek Territory. After the relay, Messengers, volunteers and their families enjoyed a celebration at Delaware Park.
