On Saturday, October 11, 2025, at the regular scheduled monthly Council session, Gabriel Cortes had the pleasure of giving his first opening invocation after which, the Lil Miss Fall Festival participants were recognized by Council and Executives for their efforts in the September 2025 Fall Festival.
