Over the past 10 weeks, these 12 emerging leaders completed what’s is known as the “Mini MBA” — an intensive program designed to sharpen business acumen and leadership skills.
Delivered in partnership with the University at Buffalo’s Center for Leadership and Global Impact (School of Management) and Leadership Seneca, each 3-hour session offered hands-on learning across a range of critical business topics — from finance, technology, and statistics to business communication, HR, strategy, and culture.
Taught by UB faculty, the program focused on helping participants directly apply what they learned to their roles at Seneca Resorts & Casinos, driving both personal and organizational growth.
