The protection of your personal information is very important to us. We are pleased to announce a new login security feature that helps guard your personal information by replacing our identity verification to online financial interactions.
How does this feature work?
When logging into online banking, you will receive a message (text or voice) on your phone with a 6-digit code. You will be asked to enter this code to complete the login process. This feature takes the place of answering security questions when logging into online banking.
If your phone number is out of date, online banking will not work. If you need to make an update, stop by the office or give us a call and we will make sure you have access to your account online and on our app.
