Blues Artist Spotlight – Jeremy Keyes

Repost from WNY Blues Society

On Thursday, February 5, Jeremy Keyes joined the Pat Harrington Trio at TPAC, bringing a fiery, expressive harmonica presence to an already formidable lineup.

Jeremy Keyes is a harmonica player known throughout the Western New York blues scene for his powerful tone, musical sensitivity, and ability to elevate a band without ever overpowering it. Rooted in classic Chicago and electric blues traditions, his playing carries a modern edge with expressive bends and a strong sense of dynamics.

Jeremy has been a sought-after collaborator for years, performing with a range of regional blues and roots artists and appearing regularly in respected live-music rooms across Buffalo and beyond. Whether anchoring a slow blues or trading lines in a high-energy shuffle, he brings a vocal, song-driven approach to the harmonica that reflects deep listening and musical maturity.

Together, Harrington’s virtuoso guitar and Keyes’ fearless harmonica created a front line built on conversation and shared trust, the kind of chemistry that only happens live.
