We’re excited to give our community a chance to get to know the amazing educators who make our school such a special place! We’ll be spotlighting different classrooms so you can meet the dedicated teachers and staff who support our students every day.
As you get to know our incredible staff, keep in mind that Teacher of the Year nominations will be opening soon! This is a great opportunity to recognize the educators who go above and beyond to make a difference in the lives of our students. Without further ado, please meet the Waddler 1 team (pictured above from L to R):
Lead Teacher: CeAnna Maybee, 4 yrs experience

Team interview:
What is the best part of working with your team? “One thing about this team is we are ALWAYS on the same page and working toward shared goals. We are always in what we call “flow state”, we just rock and roll off each other. We are in constant communication, sometimes without a single word!”
What is your favorite part of working with the Waddler age? “Hands down-watching them grow! We get them in our room as true infants and leave us as toddlers. Everything that they do throughout the year is incredible. The amount of love in this room from teacher to child and child to teacher I couldn’t even put into words. We have true and genuine unconditional love for our kids!”
What is your favorite part of working at SALC? “The sense of community here, we love being a part of something so much bigger than most know. Everyone in this building is so quick to help each other or help wherever needed. We support each other inside and outside the job. Also the bonds that we get to make with the families, we consider ourselves lucky everyday!”
