Financial Literacy Program

Graduation season is here; CONGRATULATIONS! Just a reminder to those young adults who are ready to complete the Financial Literacy Program (Seneca Cents) and apply for the Release of Minors Trust. The process is as follows:

  1. Complete and submit the Financial Literacy Application to your respective Education office. Applications are available online at the link below or in person at both the Education and Clerks office.
  2. Complete the course online at the below link:

  3. Once completed you must notify the Education Department so that we can send an embossed certificate along with a letter of completion.
  4. It is then the individual’s responsibility to submit all required documents to the Clerks office for Release of Minors Trust Fund.
