Dear ACC Community,
We would like to inform you of an upcoming change regarding the use of the ACC outdoor pool. Effective 7/7/2026, the updated attached policy will be immediately effective.
Enrolled Seneca, Seneca Descendant, and other tribes living on territory remain FREE.
Non-Native Community Member Fees
$1.00 ages 0-12
$3.00 ages 13-17
$15.00 adults, 18 and over
Pool use is restricted to Enrolled Senecas, Descendants, and other tribal members living on Territory, as well as non-native residents within an 8-mile radius. This includes Vandalia, Carrollton, Killbuck, Salamanca City/Town, Little Valley, Redhouse, and Steamburg. This will include the playground, the pool area and its surroundings. Residents must show proper valid ID. All pool users must sign in at the ACC front desk before going to the pool.
Pool will be Open: 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM Tuesday to Friday (Rec, SALC, and EDU use the pool until 3pm) and 12:00 PM – 6:00 PM Saturday and Sunday (subject to change)
A complete list of safety rules and policies will be posted at the pool. Lifeguards are authorized to eject anyone that violates the safety rules. In addition, violations of the safety rules may result in suspension of pool privileges
This change is being made to improve safety, enhance enjoyment, and comply with regulations. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation as we work to maintain a safe and enjoyable environment for everyone.
