Employee of the Month for July 2026 in Cattaraugus is Lacey John! Lacey is the Head Start Family Services Coordinator and has been with the ECLC since October 2013.
Mary Golden, Headstart Director, shared “Lacey’s official title only covers a fraction of what she does. Her role is so vital. No matter how tough the situation gets, Lacey is the type of person who will always see the positive first. In fact, Leaders like Lacey are why people stay in a job for so long. She is serious and gets the job done right.”

Scott Connor has been selected as employee of the month for Allegany! Scott is the Clinical Services Supervisor.
He consistently goes above and beyond. Bringing dedication, compassion, and positivity to his work job everyday. This commitment uplifts our teams and makes a real difference in the lives of those we serve.
