The Morrie Abrams Memorial Snow snake tournament was held February 14th & 15th at the Hiller Road track in Jimersontown and it was a huge success. The tournament was coordinated by Christopher “Bundy” Jimerson and Steven Frank, Morrie’s teammates, the Onoville Team. Seneca Nation Council sponsored this tournament in special memory of Morrie Abrams, who had a big heart for teaching and playing the game of snow snake. A special thanks to Sherry Dowdy and Barbara Lynn Hill who assisted Bundy and Steve and myself in coordinating this special event. The list of winners are posted below:

• 2nd class winner: Clay Scanlon – team Isaac – 22 teams in game
• 1st class winner: Desty Moon – team Indian Hill – 18 teams in game
