Lake Shore Central School District Sweet traditions in the making! On March 18th, 2026, Our Seneca Language students visited Gakwi:yo:h Farms to master the art of maple sugaring. From learning the science of sap to enjoying a pancake breakfast, it was a day rooted in tradition and stewardship.
